This licence continues for as long as reasonably necessary for the operation of the Website, including where User Content has been shared, indexed, cached, backed up or incorporated into aggregated data.

User Content is not confidential. Do not submit sensitive personal information, medical records, private health information, financial information or confidential information through public features of the Website.

We may review, moderate, remove, restrict, demote, edit, refuse to publish, disable access to or otherwise act on any User Content or account where we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, affiliate programme requirements, regulatory requirements, platform integrity or user safety.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Website or these Terms will not exceed EUR 100 or the amount you paid directly to us for use of the Website in the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
